I got Shirley as a referral via a coworker, and she mentioned that Shirley is great and very efficient and she will find the apartment for me. And indeed Shirley was very helpful, she listen to my needs and understands the situation and the apartment search. When we visit the first apartment together, it was directly a match. She totally understands what I am looking for, and it was very helpful she is very informative and most important for me is feeling the trust. Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods. I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.
